Catherine Morphis
Realtor® / Team LeaderCatherine serves her clients with passion, skill, and experience. Catherine started buying, renovating, and selling homes 24 years ago while simultaneously nurturing an academic and teaching career in the humanities. She has always been the trusted friend to help you figure out how to achieve your goals. For years, she supplemented her teaching career by serving as a contractor with her own design company. Over the years, Catherine developed a keen talent in client care and negotiation through all stages of buying, remodeling, and selling homes. She brings her design eye and market knowledge to every transaction. She will absolutely listen to you and help you to fine-tune and achieve your goals. Catherine became a full-time Realtor in 2018 and quickly rose to become a market leader. In 2022, Compass, the number 1 brokerage in the US by sales volume and technology, came to Richmond, VA. Catherine joined Compass as soon as she could! The Catherine Morphis Group was formed when Connie G. Rodriguez and Judi Baker joined with Catherine to passionately serve our community and our clients. We are all full-time professional agents who each add our talents to the group. Catherine lives with her family on their small horse farm in Montpelier, VA. She works from her office in Richmond’s West End and closes dozens of deals throughout the greater-Richmond market annually. Catherine specializes in Equestrian properties and is part of Compass’ Equestrian Division. She is also a member of local equestrian fox-chasing clubs. Catherine enjoys service and is involved in pediatric cancer charity. She is committed to the value of hard work, integrity, and professionalism and will go the extra mile to always respond quickly and with extra hands-on service.

Judi Baker

Moving from California to Connecticut and then to Virginia, Judi has first-hand knowledge of the challenges and concerns that come with moving, whether it be from one part of the country to another or right around the corner! She has personally and professionally dealt with a variety of complicated real estate situations and she is equipped to handle any issues that could arise with a move using the Compass technology-driven tools that give her an edge to provide exceptional service! Judi has worked in and out of the real estate field since 2006 and has been in sales for the last fifteen years which has helped her develop strong negotiating skills and work ethics. Judi has a great understanding of her clients’ needs and goes above and beyond to meet them! She will devote her time and resources to find the perfect home or the perfect buyer that will best fit her clients needs. She works collaboratively with all parties involved in a transaction to ensure her clients a smooth and successful financial outcome.
Judi enjoys playing tennis, working out (to stay strong and focused), participating in a 20 year book club, (that’s a lot of books), spending time with her five grandchildren and in her happy place, the beach!
