Catherine is a pro's pro. She helped guide my wife and I towards buying our first home with confidence. From the onset, Catherine helped us understand the buying process as well as the general housing market in Richmond. She was proactive in finding listings, and neighborhoods that fit our needs as well as setting up tours. We never felt rushed either; she provided firm recommendations but didn't pressure us into any decisions. Catherine makes herself available around your schedule too and helped us narrow down our search on multiple weekends. She doesn't disappear after your offer is accepted either. Her team makes the ratification-to-closing process as seamless as possible with detailed step-by-step directions and recommendations. Our experience with Catherine was a 10/10!

I'd write that our experience with Catherine was excellent beginning to end, but we haven't parted ways yet and remain friends! As first-time homeowners, my husband and I wanted to work with someone we could trust to offer us gentle and honest guidance, and we couldn't have found someone better than Catherine. With her extensive experience in design and general contracting, she was the Swiss Army knife we didn't know we needed but are so glad we've had! Everyone she's recommended to work with, from the loan to bathroom fixes, has been wonderful. Can't say enough good things!

Catherine Morphis (Cat) was fantastic! She walked us through all the steps that are involved with selling the house and gave us her recommendations on the best way to proceed. These included her suggested selling price range, work that should be done on the house to optimize its appeal to potential buyers and the timeline to sell it quickly. Cat coordinated and oversaw everything, keeping us informed throughout the process. The house sold quickly for a very good price. We highly recommend Cat and would definitely use her again.
