We had an amazing experience with Catherine! Extremely knowledgeable, ready to help with any questions or concerns. We cannot believe how lucky we got finding her as a realtor, she was organized, one step ahead of everything and made sure everything got done on time. We highly recommend her!
Catherine is the reason we were able to buy our first dream home! She helped us through the whole process start to finish. I have had less then pleasant experiences with other realtors and this was not the case with Catherine. She was so knowledgeable about the area, stuck within our range of cost, has an extensive expertise in design and potential home improvements, and mostly was amazing at negotiating honestly and respectfully with our sellers. I would recommend her to anyone!
Cat is excellent! She is very kind, and professional. She walked us through every step of the process; since we were first time home buyers we had a lot of questions which she answered thoroughly! She has a good understanding of the local area and found us many good home options that fit our budget and preferences. She also has an excellent understanding of interior design so that once we found ”the one” she had a lot of insightful tips to help us make the most of our new home. She made the whole process so much more pleasant, we were very glad we chose her and I would definitely recommend her!
