Catherine Morphis is an award-winning real estate and design professional who prioritizes superior service and brings wide experience to every transaction. Catherine started buying, renovating, and selling homes 25 years ago while simultaneously developing her academic and teaching career in the humanities. Over the years, she has developed a keen sense of how to work with clients through all stages of buying and selling homes. She brings her eye as a designer and her market knowledge to every transaction. Catherine became a full-time Realtor in 2018 and recently joined Compass Real Estate as soon as they arrived in Richmond. She can now pair her negotiating and design skills with the #1 national brokerage.

In 2016 Catherine moved back to Virginia and settled with her family in Montpelier where she enjoys riding horses, running, gardening, and exploring with her husband and children. She is committed to the value of hard work, integrity, and professionalism and strives to support the community.
